I’m sure that situation can be resolved with a few hundred pages of regulations.
It's a huge problem, I'd think. Many people, and a high percentage of seniors and students, don't live near their health insurance providers for lots of time throughout the year.
What happens if someone gets sick and then goes to an area with better health care for treatment and claims they got sick there?...just sayin'
That’s the premise behind my novel “Castigo Cay.” A sailboat guy whose only asset is his sailboat has been out of U.S. waters for years. He must pay the back taxes if he returns to American waters. They will take his only asset for the garnished taxes: his sailboat. Hence, a new class of bitter forced ex-pats.
