with this whole ‘LGBT’ STUFF, I think I understand the LG, lesbian gay, same sex attraction concept. But when you get to the end, to the “T” part of LGBT, I never understand.

This is a woman, who has never been anything but a woman.
Recently, she has started grooming and dressing like a man. There were no "surprises" for the school or for her husband. She hasn't yet undergone the process of hormone "therapy" or doctor assisted self-mutilation.
Essentially, she's off her rocker. These days, that's not a very exclusive club. The UK paper (or at least this reporter and editor) are apparently confused. Here is a variant on an old story for any FReepers who might be confused.
