I was always more of a 440 man, myself...
I threw one away and called them. It was ridiculous. they wanted to know the means and route I used to get to work. The woman said they use it to know where to build roads and schools. I told my city had a mayor and a city council for that. So she asked for the “Tracking Number” on the back. I laughed. Never heard from them. It’s actually a “Life Style” audit.
They sent somebody to my door (I think) because I put ‘Human’ for race on our census form. Good thing I never answer the door.
How are they going to be able to determine if you answer correctly? If they can do that, then they already have the answers, so why are they wasting our time?
What would you claim if you had some black irish or black sheep in the family?
Intrusive government makes me very uneasy.
If they are the government, then the IRS already knows how much you make, where you work, where you lived last year and for how long. They have almost all of this information formally and the rest (do you care for grandparents) the NSA has. Why ask again? Is it just targeting conservatives?

I figured that up one time, and think I determined I am 1/16 Choctaw Indian. I think I should get money from the government since they took my land away and stuck my ancestors on a reservation.
Maybe on the next census form, I'll put I am American Indian, that should upset them.

Does’t help. We have an electric,locked gate with no tresspassing and beware of dog signs everywhere. The guy during the last census jumped the gate and walked up and knocked at the door. He is lucky the GSDs didn’t tear him apart. Hubby called the sheriff and the deputies ripped him a new one. In our area (rural SW Arizona)he was lucky he wasn’t shot.
