Just for your future reference, the proper verb conjugation is “no comprendo ingles”, which means “I don’t understand English”. “Comprende” means he or she doesn’t understand.

If you’re going to respond in Spanish on the phone that you don’t understand English, it would be a good idea for you to know how to speak Spanish properly first.
