Our own greenies include some people of that bent and most of them would reach that level if greenism becomes powerful. One does not know who the “pure” humans would be yet but in every greenie is the goal of population reduction which, when it becomes really possible, brings in the discussion of who is fit to live and that must devolve into identifying pure and sinful populations.
The early German green movement was anti-Semitic and anti-western. Today, the greens are anti-human in general. They already possess a lot of power, and one of the primary contributors to the high cost of pretty much everything from housing, to energy, to groceries - has its roots in the green movement.
