“Tim, I love ya, I do. But you’re not that good.”

Guess that’s why he took Denver to the playoffs in his first season. And took ‘em further than Manning did last year.

If you really think that was because of Tebow, you need to study football. It was more in SPITE of Tebow.

How many 3 and Outs did they have in that playoff win? But hey, you must be right. I mean, John Elway didn’t want him. He must not know much about being a QB. 32 NFL GM’s don’t want him. And Manning...hmmm, a Super Bowl winning QB. I guess he got lucky.

Stop embarassing yourself.

In spite of him, not because of him. Or maybe you did not watch that playoff game against NE?

Manning threw for seven touchdowns last night against last year's Superbowl winner. I don't think anyone in Denver is saying, "Gee, if only we still had Tebow..."

It was actually Tebow's second season not his first. He started the final three games in 2010; going 1-2, after McDaniels got fired. Denver backed into the playoffs in 2011 by virtue of a tie breaker; you might want to take a gander at Tebow's last three regular season games in Denver when he went 0-3, especially his stellar 6-22, 60 yards, one interception, one lost fumble, 20.6 QB rating performance in losing to the Kyle Orton led Chiefs 7-3 and the defense was responsible for most of their eight wins in 2011 not Tebow.

If Manning had been able to throw against Ike Taylor all day like Tebow did and Denver's defense hadn't made so many mistakes, the outcome against Baltimore would have been much different.

The Patriots exposed Tebow in the playoffs for what he truly is-- a good running QB without the arm necessary for the pro game. Personally I like Tebow as a man, but as a QB he's obviously not in the same company as Brady, Manning, Brees or Rodgers. He's not a good QB like Flacco, Ryan, Smith, Luck, RGIII or Stafford. Maybe he's as good as Terrell Pryor for the Raiders (another QB without a pro quality arm), but the sad reality is that I don't see Tebow making any team better by his presence. Colin Kaepernick he ain't....

Final comment— Tim Tebow had his shot with the Patriots in the pre-season. He was horrible. Why would (or should) any NFL team want him based on his performance last month...?
