LOWER SAUCON TWP., Pa. - A routine day took a tragic turn at restaurant in Northampton County when employees found what some described as a fetus in a bathroom. The discovery was made around 10 a.m. Monday at Starters Pub in Lower Saucon Twp., Northampton Co. Starters Pub owner David Rank fought back tears as he talked about the discovery, which was made during a routine cleaning of a bathroom. "Having a problem flushing the toilet," he said. "Inside the [toilet] tank was a fetus." Police processed the scene, removing items from the restaurant, playing close attention to the rear of the building and looking inside a nearby dumpster. The man who made the discovery described the baby as big. Rank said he doesn't know who the mother is, but he's very worried about her health. "I just feel bad for the mother and the child. That's who you feel bad for, and your employees. For anyone, this has to be tough," Rank said.

Ugh. RIP.
A “big” baby is born in a restaurant bathroom and nobody noticed? There should have been all kinds of screaming and other birth-related noises emanating from the stall and echoing throughout the whole place.
It’s a tragedy for the child. For the murdering mother I have no kind words.
How do they know that it was a ‘fetus’ and not an ‘infant?’
