Those look so yummy. I’m going to get a dward brown fig tree, an olive tree, lemon and orange. They’ll all grow in large decorative pots near the front door.

I’m thinking - I’m putting food plants on the deck in containers and leaving the dirt garden alone. There are two rose bushes in the dirt and the big pot with the Sesame flower plant sitting on the dirt. Seems to me I could put big pots with these dwarf fruit trees in the dirt garden. When they started putting on fruit (if they ever did), then cover them with net to keep out the varmints. That would either work or it wouldn’t.

We had fig trees in our yard when I was growing up, plus peach trees and plums. That was in deep east Texas. If you have a fig tree, you will have wasps. I won’t do fig tree for that reason since my space is small.
