One could note the Bible, which mentions the temple over a hundred times, and Jerusalem over 800 times; yet never once mentions Allah

Stopped reading here. The Hebrew word "Elohim," which is cognate in the closely related Arabic to "Allah," is used over 2600 times in the OT. The two words basically mean the same thing linguistically, though one is free to decide for himself whether they refer to the same Person.

The Hebrew Bible also never uses the English word "God," which is the usual translation for the Hebrew "Elohim." That it doesn't use the Arabic word for God, from a language of over a thousand years after it was written, is about as comprehensively irrelevant point as can be imagined.
