So you're saying this is a lie:

No, it’s not a lie.

But the article implies that there is only the stick of regulations causing the drop in coal-fired plants. When the carrot of relatively lower gas prices has at least as much to do with it.

IOW, there are several factors to the equation, as there are in most.
