George Zimmerman’s lawyer should add her to the defamation of character suit since that is not the position Mr. Zimmerman was in when he fired in self-defense (from the ground while being assaulted in an unprovoked attack).
Having Mr. Zimmerman “assassinate MLK” is also libelous.
I agree, Zimmerman should sue her. This is an outrageous case of defamation of character. Even if she is stupid enough to think GZ was guilty, the forenisc evidene proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that he shot the thug in the chest, not the back of the head.
