I have been with WF for over 40 years (many accounts) and only experienced a couple of issues, which they quickly took care of and worked with me till resolution.
Yeah me too! Only at 36 years with WFB. I was just looking for a confirmation of “Bank Error” and reverse transaction and be done with. But they are insisting to close my accounts due to fraudulent activity when I suspect this is just a glitch. Maybe isolated incident, but maybe more and is reason I decided to blog it. Looks like though in order for me to reverse transaction I need to close all my accounts and file fraud case.
