The X Factor boss has agreed to give his house on the Trousdale estate in Beverly Hills to her once she divorces husband Andrew.

Not sure what "giving" her a house means....

I seriously doubt he is signing over the deed to her...

He does have a habit of giving his girlfriends houses after he splits from them.

Not sure if the deeds of the two previous ones are still his...
