i have experienced this type of thing, as have some of my relatives... it’s a strange thing when it happens... of course, it is not a racial thing when it happens to me as i am Caucasian... usually people have no idea what my ethnicity/nationality is... i’ve been assumed to be Spanish, Italian, French, Irish, “White,” “Arabian,” and even, get this—”gypsy.” haha!
She is looking at a $35,000 handbag, yet is concerned about the poor.
Yeah, right.
Effing hypocrite.
Pardon my error, from another article, I see that it was a THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLAR PURSE that she was requesting.
Hope she can smile while everyone else jeers this billion dollar marxist who insists that Obama’s socialized America is “the way to go” (she didn’t need it to get where she got).
Oh puhleeeeze....I’ve had sales clerks (and auto dealership salesmen) obviously not want to “waste time” on me when I was interested in looking at something expensive—something more expensive than the salesperson thought would be in my price range. And I’m white. It’s definitely not a racial thing unless the salespersons dealing with me were in the habit of discriminating against German/Scots-Irish mix folks.
You're right: the shop probably would act the same way with most of us regardless of our color. But American Blacks are indoctrinated to see any little affront as racism and nothing else. That's why they may never be able to mainstream.
I don’t believe it either. She is just feeding the fire of racism according to the dictates of Hussein.
You have it right. Too many people who see themselves as parts of a victim class automatically claim racism. I don’t know how she was dressed when she went into the store. I know in parts of Europe it is very common to dress well when going to such places. I’ve seen Oprah when she isn’t made up and she is unrecognizable. I’m not defending snottiness but like you said it isn’t a crime at least unless you are a star that someone fails to recognize.
the purse in question cost $35,000, but somehow hardworking americans making 250,000 gross anually are the 1%. But if you have a talk show where you praise the muslim sympathizing communist you are a hero.
I do not believe anything this fat racist biotch has to say... those that worked for her and have suffered racism at her own hands have said she is a huge white hating racist.
LLS
How was she dressed? Usually, sales clerks at fancy places are highly skilled at recognizing wealthy people who are casually dressed. If they can’t do this, and just look at skin color, they’re not qualified for the job.
Usually, the shoes, the watch, and the eyeglass frames will give you some sort of clue as to who you’re dealing with.
Its horrible but that is the case. Its even worse when politics is brought into it. The same folks who claim they don’t want to be judged on skin color, orientation, and gender always seem to reach for that crutch to hit people with when they don’t get their way and suddenly its all about them being black, gay, or a women.
Remember when Karl Malden advertised for American Express saying “DO YOU KNOW ME?”
Celebrity doesn’t extend as globally as some people think.
Frankly, you’d think someone at her economic level would appreciate some anonymity rather than continual butt kissing.
BBC has an article with the shopowner’s response:
Oprah Winfrey ‘racism row’ a ‘misunderstanding’

It's Bigger with Better rides.
Only the blacks and the MSM see racism anywhere and in anything.
This from a woman who says Trayvon Martin was the “exact same thing” as Emmett Till.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2385228/Oprah-compares-Trayvon-Martin-Emmett-Till.html
Till, from Chicago, was visiting relatives in Mississippi in August of 1955 when he spoke to a 21-year-old white woman, whom he was later accused of flirting with.
The woman’s husband and his half-brother went to the house where Till was staying and beat him, gouged out one of his eyes and shot him in the head.
Really? A “victim”? What right did she lose? What injury did she suffer? Am I a victim if someone refuses to sell me something?
LOL! :)
