What I’ve attempted to explain (ad nauseum) above is that a “conservative” who attempts to use the Constitution to justify his or others’ immoral desires is really acting in contradiction to the Founders’ intent in drafting it. It is a document that can only govern “moral and religious” people. Go it alone with your own understanding as a guide and try to use the Constitution as your justification and you might as well give it up. It won’t work.
