I might do a test in a special thread every 30-60 days or so, we will call it the FR "The INTERNET has gone dark" Emergency LIVE THREAD BROADCAST SYSTEM THREAD or some such...

Just to make sure the list is in working order and all the gears and wheels are oiled up and ready to go.
