Back to basics. I don’t buy much of anything that is pre-packaged; I buy butter, whole milk, cook with lard and coconut oil and eat red meat. My cholesterol is consistently around 155-165, and the triglycerides are usually in the low 50’s to high 40’s.
Preservatives in food preserve your body after you ingest it and no one can convince me otherwise. Those things do NOT dissolve and disappear!
Makes sense to me!
The so-called poor people in north America haven’t bothered to learn how to prepare actual food. Poor people all over the world know how to prepare healthy food on a small budget.
