Jose Cuervo is not really a friend of anybody. It's headache-inducing, tastes nasty and isn't even 100% agave.

Now you can spend a lot of money on tequila but anything over $50 a bottle, you are wasting your money. You can get a decent bottle of 100% agave tequila at the $30-40 pricepoint. After that, it's diminishing returns.

My favorite is Herradura Blanco. It's never given me a headache and also never made me post a naked picture of myself to the Internets.
