This is probably BS. He has a parole hearing coming up soon, and I suspect this is all in preparation for his case to be released. As the hearing date gets closer, he’ll probably also develop heart problems, brain cancer, Parkinson’s and a few other ailments.
if he really has very bad diabetic problems chances are some of what he’s doing, the weird talking, the ignoring people, could be from big swings in blood sugar one way or the other. I know diabetics and they get very loopy and seem to be strange and unresponsive when blood sugars get too low or way, way too high. A friend of mine can’t concentrate and kind of starts laughing and not making it through full thoughts and sentences when her blood sugar gets too low. I had her take a reading when she was doing this and she was 38 (normal blood sugar is about 100). She had taken some insulin beforehand because she was going to eat lunch, but then had decided not to eat anything, and she wound p going real, real low - you can pass out too low, or when it goes very high. You get real odd behavior in between those ranges.
So if he’s really as unhealthy as they claim, some of the odd behavior is probably from his blood sugar spiking one way or the other.

an easy way to know if he’s faking is to take blood sugar readings. you can’t fake that.

His defense team is just preparing for the parole hearing by trying to get the public to start in with a "Free OJ" theme. You don't need facts to get that task started.

Hope he's made peace and sought forgiveness. Otherwise, he's truly been dead for a long time and it's just going to get worse in ways he can't possibly imagine.
He should read Howard Storm's personal account of his experience documented in My Descent Into Death: A Second Chance at Life...to prepare, while he still can.
But they were legally separated. It's not like all of OJ's ex-wives or -lovers remained celibate after they ended things with him.
Obesity is now associated with viruses as well as with low quality high carb foods.
Give them meat and low carb vegetables if you don't want them to get fat. But that's going to raise the cost of feeding them.
Unless you'd advocate starving them. But given the political prosecutions that are going on, I'm not sure I'd want to advocate that.
I have no pity for him and he is a double murderer
That said, his sentence for his crime in Las Vegas was way too excessive.
