I think it should be mandatory for people receiving welfare.
If you don’t like it get off the government dole.
Lots of good decent people who are on welfare temporarily ...because of circumstances beyond their control....lost job, honestly disabled, etc...
Yup...no more babies for you....even after they get their life on track...
Sometimes babies just happen even with preventative measures. ..
