The Right against having your internal organs probed
on the side of the road. Maybe you would enjoy that, but most folks would find that to be an invasive search, and while some would contend the search is justified ("probable cause"),
The location where the search was conducted is not. (Just because something is in the ash tray or on the floor, that doesn't mean people are going to put the same stuff in their body cavities.)
That, as I said is just the first part.
The second is a medical issue, that of possibly transferring STDs or bloodborne pathogens by using the same glove on both women.
Sorry pal, but neither is acceptable.
Now if you support that sort of thing, I can suggest a number of countries where you might feel more at home.
