Webber announces Formula One exit
Red Bulls Mark Webber has announced that he will leave Formula One racing at the end of this season and join Porsches new sportscar programme in the World Endurance Championship and Le Mans 24 Hours.
Webber made his F1 debut in 2002 and has been with Red Bull since 2007, winning nine Grands Prix for the reigning world champions. His departure means the team must now find a new 2014 partner for Sebastian Vettel...»

That is some list. I was blessed to see a number of those guys behind the wheel. Yes, even Denis Hulme. He put in a few appearances at Indy.

That’s what my son says. Kimi would like the car but since it’s a package deal with Vettel, I don’t know if he wants to do that. I think the ride he has is OK, but he needs a better second than Grosjean.
They might move up Vergne or Riccardo. They’ve shown competence, Riccardo maybe more consistently than Vergne. I doubt they move Buemi in; he’s a dick.
But for Kimi, it could come down to a money deal, and Red Bull has it by the bushel basket. They can throw the GNP of Finland at him to get him to sign.

They can throw the GNP of Finland at him to get him to sign.LOL!!! ain't that the truth...
Kimi is a winner and wants to win and he knows he has a better chance with RB than Lotus
i also think he'd give Vettel a real run for his money and treat him just like he's treated Webber
a real Senna vs Prost rivalry that would really set RB and F1 on it's ear

I don’t think switching to RB would improve Kimi’s chance for a championship.
He needs a car to compete with RB, and RB’s current supremacy can’t go on forever.
Maybe his best shot is stay put with Lotus.
To: truth_seeker
true nothing lasts forever but, i still see a lot more money in RB's budget future than Lotus's and Kimi is getting older every year and doesn't have the time left for a wait and see approach...
