It really is, Vision. I could write you a long paper on our time here since Katrina and the bad elements that have developed on this street, our crummy landlord and the poor old house we live in, and this other place is really, really so much nicer, yet our hearts are still breaking at finally deciding to leave. The Lord has given us an amazing opportunity to move into a much nicer place, but we’re still sad to leave a million things here. Plus, we’re sad to have to move our cats. They’re already wondering what the heck “mom” and “dad” are doing emptying out their home these past couple of weeks—this place is an awesome place for the cats with the field and all. It will be interesting, to say the least.
It’s change but it’s for the better.
I’ll tell you, you simply cannot have The Thin Man without Powell and Loy. Very disappointing.
Have a good night. Best of luck with the move, and hope to see you soon.
