Because he is a statist who works for the ruling bureaucracy and was merely attempting to threaten members of the public with governmental retribution should they criticize that government or its “products”. He will be protected by the governmental unions and “civil service protections” (i.e., he can not be fired).
Water in Tennessee IS contaminated.
Why?
TENNESSEE WATER IS CONTAMINATED BECAUSE TENNESSEE ALLOWS COMMUNISTS TO BATHE IN IT!
