I hate these cruel people and I am ashamed of our justice system. No one should get away with doing that kind of harm, let alone someone wearing a gun and a badge. I’m surprised this happened in North Carolina. What happened to us?
It’s not “us” it is today’s law enforcement.

These so called men are not interested in rule of law..just “rule”.
That would be South Carolina.
Carteret County and Beaufort (we pronounce it correctly, btw, BOW-fert) are coastal and thus overrun with Jersey, NoVa and DC people. You have to get to the rural areas on the coastal plain to feel all that southern anymore, much like Florida.
