Problem is, they use the DUI laws to generate revenue, lots and lots of revenue.
You can be a tea-totaller and blow a 0.00 and still get arrested for DUI.
The government is not your friend.

Where I live the police will arrest you for ‘suspicion’ of DWI if you blow below the legal limit of .08. They will not release you. You have to get bailed out of jail.Where do you live? In the USA?

I have tried a handful DUIs with excellent results. Too difficult to beat in CA anymore. I agree with the info in the article. The best advice I can add is to refuse the FSTs. It varies by state, but in CA, to win you must beat both the FST, AND the formal tests, i.e. blood, breath, or urine.
