Week sissy judge. Sat by while this woman was assaulted and rights destroyed.
The judge needs to be removed immediately and permanently. It is her courtroom, not that of the court marshall. She is receiving a report of a crime having been committed, directly from the alleged victim, and does nothing?! She had a responsibility to immediately place other officers in charge of the woman, to prohibit the accused marshall from having any further contact with the complainant pending investigation, and to report the woman’s complaint to the appropriate authorities.
Makes me wonder if the judge and this guard have an agreement: He sexually assaults women and she looks the other way for whatever reason, money, sex. Isn’t it amazing how the media completely ignores this kind of stuff? This should be headline news but instead you have to find this kind of stuff by chance on the internet. This is government fascism going on, Nazi tactics plain and simple in the US of A. The citizen is treated worse than a dog and those in power turn a blind eye to it. That’s literally what this judge did, and I know this happened MANY times before because this judge did not question it once! A male guard doing a body search on a woman for drugs in a DIVORCE proceeding! WHAT THE F? This would be like my wife going to DMV, taken in a back room by a guard and told to remove her shirt and groped. And what makes it all the more disgusting is she is with her kid!!

This woman comes into family court for a divorce proceeding and with her is her daughter who looks to be about 3 years old. It looked like it was just an informal proceeding about paper work as it was just her and her daughter there in the courtroom. So one of the guards (a male guard) says he has to check her for drugs (red flag) and takes her into a backroom and the woman claims he told her to remove her shirt where he then proceeded to sexually assault her. So after it was over, she complains to the judge who COMPLETELY ignores her! And if that ain’t bad enough, the alleged groper (the guard) tells her she is under arrest unless she recants what she just said. She refuses to so he arrests her , and then the 3 years old kid comes over asking him not to arrest his mommy. You should watch it if you get a chance, it’s just unreal. It’s like something you would see in North Korea or Nazi Germany.
Oh and this is not the first time. The reporter says “there are multiple cases of sexual assault” and BTW the judge is a woman.
I watched it again and one part I missed is the reporter at the beginning who said there is multiple cases of assault and one of a victim being choked. I don’t think that judge will be on the bench much longer. It sounds to me like they had a racket going on there, maybe the judge was being paid off or was in a relationship with the guard? This is insane though. I thought it was fake first time I saw it until I looked it up. I tell you, nothing surprises me today, government just gets more and more out of control every single day. We are *this* close to totalitarianism if we aren’t there already, everyday I see it showing its head more and more and people will just not wake up to that fact.
