Watch the so-called experts laugh at Peter Schiff while claiming that the housing and stock markets were going to rocket upwards.
Among the "experts who laughed at Schiff were Art Laffer and Ben Stein.
Laffer, Stein and the others were wrong. Very wrong.
Peter Schiff was right.
By the way, Schiff has predicted an economy and stock market crash in 2013.

I recall many threads here on FR re Schiff. He was definitely one of the good guys. Ben Stein forever disqualified himself as an economist at the same time in other threads.
Ah here we go, Ben Stein completely embarrassing himself in December 2007, when it was already clear that the party was over and the economy was contracting.

Ha, Ben Stein does for financial advisors in that segment what Wendy Murphy did for the legal profession in the Duke Rape Hoax. “Subprime is a tiny, tiny, blip” is just one of many absurdities already obvious at that time.
I’ve been informed by many on FR that Peter Schiff knows nothing since he doesn’t support prohibitive tariffs.
Never mind that he is actually a zealous advocate of domestic production. Just not production as chosen by the self-interests of the government bureaucracy or union thugs.
Schiff is always worth reading and listening to... he bucks conventional wisdom and views the world through a prism of common sense and reality.
Art Kneeslapper and Hasbeen Stein totally discredit themselves.
I wish Shiff had worked harder on his Senate race.
