If Monsanto had no intention to sue such growers, why would they need the results of this lawsuit? As it stands now, couldn’t Monsanto deliberately spread their seeds to other properties and sue the farmers who own those properties?
Kinda brilliant if ya ask me. Have a patent that infects other natural organisms, then you can claim any new creation as your own or that it utilizes your patent. Incredible.
