Many charities today aren’t much better. They mostly only want cash. That’s it, and much of that cash gets spent on staff or whatever and not on the intended need.

The Dems are engaging in the old trick they routinely apply when they have no legitimate explanation for their behavior. Namely, creating a strawman, then attacking it.
The issue isn’t the standard for non-profit status, the issue is favoritism in its application. They routinely sign off on lefty “social welfare” groups, like the one that’s collecting federal money to sign up new Obamacare members and register them as Democrats at the same time.

You can’t reason with unreasonable, especially if they haven’t had enough hardships to forge any character within themselves. You cant argue with idiots lest you become one too. Trust me those two realizations were earned but now I’ve learned the best way to deal with them is to let them fight among themselves and watch them destroy one another. It’s just what they are. Makes life a lot easier.
