The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced it will spend $32 million to provide housing, life skills and job training for HIV/AIDS patients.
Today, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development announced $32 million in grant awards to assist more than 1,300 extremely low-income persons and families living with HIV/AIDS annually, HUD said in a press release on Thursday.
A total of $32,336,685 will go to housing and rental assistance programs in 20 states. On average, the 1,300 persons and families will receive $24,874.37 each.

I read where it costs $61,000 per person to help the poor. They could have written a check to each one for $20,000 per year and saved $41,000 per year. Most of the cost comes from the pay and benefits for the federal workers concerned. This is true of schools also. New York is spending $28,000 per pupil for a school system where the graduation rate is one of the lowest in the country. Most of the money is used for “administration.”

If you claim to be gay do ya think they will give you a 50% discount on Obiecare? I’ll just wear a flaming pink shirt, alk with a lisp, and flip my wrists and say “that’s fabulous!” every chance i get on my annual assessments. Hopefully they won’t give you the anal probe test to confirm your gayness though...
