It could be made up, to support some new “equality regulations” that will “fix” the problems the government created in the military.
Kind of a “conspiracy theorist” on this issue, huh? Me, too. I am thinking they are laying the groundwork for something radical like armed forcs made up only of females and gay males. One thing that is annoying me lately about this issue is that they came out with an “estimated” figure of 26,000 incidences (of sexual assault in the military) for 2012. Then the “estimate” has now become “fact” in the recent reports. So who knows what the frequency might really be?
