Do I wish the aborted/murdered babies' corpses were handled with more respect? Sure, but the relevant issue is the murder, not the disposal of the corpse.
This reminds me of the people getting all worked up over fetal materials being used for research or transplants. While that isn't very nice, the immorality or criminality of it is miniscule compared to the killing that allows it to take place.

This characterization is offensive. It implies that what Auschwitz did would have been okay if it had just held a nice funeral for each murder victim.
