Fresno is like a smaller version of Detroit - you go downtown and all the businesses are boarded up. The streets are empty with the exception of hoodlums walking around in packs looking for someone to rob or something to steal.

The homeowner/ex-felon is barred from living in the same house where a firearm is present under Kalifornia law, so he’s likely going back to Prison.

Fresno has issues. Detroit? I'd take Fresno. Still signs of life. I'd have written off the Tower District when my grandmother lived there 40 years ago. Not exactly Beverly Hills ... but better now than then.
