The police dispatcher who spoke to kidnap victim Amanda Berry after she escaped from the Cleveland house of horrors is being investigated... has previously been criticized for failing to keep Miss Berry on the line or comfort her during her desperate call for help. But now new allegations have been made that the dispatcher calls Miss Berry a 'f****** b****' just before hanging up.What did he know, and when did he know it?
