His drop was a TRAVESTY. It was clearly a bad drop. The drop was defended by the drop your pants and bend over for Tiger announcers. Is there ANY ONE with integrity left in golf to challenge this cheater?
Basically then you are calling Wittenburg a liar because he is the one who made the call:
"I saw it perfectly off the tee," he said. "I told him exactly where I thought it crossed, and we all agreed, so he's definitely great on that ... There is no doubt, guys. The ball crossed where he dropped."

I'd either say Wittenburg is a liar or because of something akin to a mancrush on a legend, he allowed himself to ‘willfully embellish’ where the ball crossed the hazard. Especially because of his adamant defense of Tiger (”he's definitely great...”) Judge Smails would've been proud.

Okay. Casey Wittenburg lied. The call from the announcer was a popped up drive left. Not a hook. Not an overplayed draw. A pop up. From the overhead camera shot and splashdown, there is NO WAY the ball last crossed where Tiger dropped if it crossed land at all. Youtube the shot and listen to the initial reaction. Bad drop. No doubt.
