Well, that wasn’t too exciting a race, was it?

As the commentators (e.g. Martin Brundle) have been pointing out for a while, right now it’s all about tire management, i.e. no one is actually racing flat-out. If they did, they’d have to do 10 pit stops...

Pirelli really should be forced to provide decent tires, or be dumped as a supplier. Tires should be good for flat-out racing with two to three stops. JMHO (and I’m starting to lose interest, after decades, following this crap).

not sure but i think tire-desegregation is in the rules somewhere since there's no more fuel stops

there was a time, they could go just about a full race on one set, two max
