It isn’t her decision to make. He will NOT be buried there per Army Regulations. And in recent years those veterans who can be buried at Arlington are being limited to combat veterans and those killed in action.

Being a veteran of two whole years does not automatically guarantee you a spot at Arlington. You must have exemplary service to be buried at Arlington because of the lack of room.

First of all, this female @ZZhole has no grave assigned in Arlington, and if she did, she has no authority to transfer it to anyone.
Second, this BB @ZZhole should be wrapped up in pigskin, and after the pigskin is sowed up, should be pumped full of pig fat, then shipped to his ‘Mom’ in Russia...let the Russians deal with it from there.
