The cinnamon and honey tea my husband and I have every morning (past three months) is causing my husband’s totally grey hair to begin to darken and my salt and pepper hair is darkening also. Just a FWIW :)

Is that a particular brand of tea?

If not, how much cinnamon goes into the tea (1 tsp? 1/2 tsp?); and is the tea green tea, or is it regular tea, like English Breakfast tea?
