Given the current diseased nature of our court system, I am certain they will uphold everything he did as legal. They have a Judicial principle which is called the "De Facto Officer" principle (if I remember correctly) which basically means that any act performed by an illegitimate "officer" remains in force because it was presumed at the time he was legitimate. Yeah, i'm pretty sure the court system will screw this up, the same as they always screw things up. If they were to uphold everything as legit, then I would be very surprised if there wasn't bloodshed... and to be honest, forcing judges to flee or be tarred and feathered in such a case would be light consequence indeed.

I would hope that would be the case, but given the current nature of the American Electorate I would not be surprised if they simply said "Huh?"
They really are "Brawndo" voters nowadays.
