This kind of lost me when I saw the name Larry Klayman.

Klayman burned up about $100 million on lawsuits that NEVER went anywhere when he was at Judicial Watch. If he is involved this is going nowhere. Oh, he will collect a lot of money from people to chase this kind of stuff down. But it will never go anywhere. Just Larry doing fundraising.....

This concerned me also, but this time we have judge Moore.

So there may be a chance that klayman gets this one.
