All of his imperial edicts, “executive orders” would also be null and void. He would be liable for ALL expenses incurred on his lavish vacations.

Simply not so. Although most likely ineligible to have run for the office, he is, unfortunately, the POTUS, the "Sitting President." If anything is going to get him, failing SCOTUS' interest in the case, it's The Forgery issue.
Even there, he is actually a step removed from the crime. As in "Yeah they are forged. But whodunnit? for whom?" No matter what any court, providing it gets to a court, finds, it remains Congress' prerogative to remove him from office. Unless I miss my guess, we got this guy until 2016.
We simply must hamstring him in '14.
