Never happened. He never went to jail....ever. This wife of 1 year made up a story looking for a cash settlement when the marriage fell apart.

If you can't back up that story, I think you'll want to hit the abuse button on your post. I can't find a single piece of evidence on that story anywhere.

(I like Seger, but I don't revere him - I just don't like libel. FR often comes up in Google searches, so a story started here can spread.)
