Wow, you are one of those guys. I am no way unclear about the first amendment. You, and others like you, are the ones unclear. Did the article say he was under investigation or not? It did, and to me investigation means the government, at least at the law enforcement level. Last time I looked the 1st prohibits any laws being made to restrict free speech, that would include local laws as well as federal since all the amendments have been incorporated within the states. I wasn’t talking about him being fired, I was talking about the “investigation”.
It is clear, to me at least, from the statement by the ufc employee that it was being investigated by the ufc.
