I like Windows 8 a lot. It took me a couple of days to train myself, but now I hate going back. ....i am a developer and have to term into XP and windows 7 boxes. I have also worked on Macs.

win 8 is my favorite.

I think MS understands that it will probably be at least a year or two before it bears fruit, but they had to do something to get into the tablet game......The key will be if the Enterprise adapts Windows Tablets to replace the PCs, that can run the same software on the PCs.....if so, then Microsoft is far from dead.

Same here. I could not see me going back to anything before Windows 8, and there is no other OS out there that even approaches its functionality and ease of use. Most who complain about it have also been complaining about all versions of Windows, and about anything to do with Microsoft. And, basically, the vast majority of consumers haven't even tried it in order to judge it one way or another.
