Absolutely. May I be so bold as to say that we should NOT take every flu shot that comes out. we have to develop out immune systems and put up with a little runny nose once in a while.
We can develop worse allergies from some of these vaccines than if we just let nature take its course (not saying we should avoid ALL vaccines. Obviously some have been needed)
As far as I’m concerned, flu shots are only for the elderly or those with compromised immune systems. The rest of us shouldn’t need them, save if there is a particularly bad strain that rears up.
