Is your garage climate controlled? I’d worry about condensation in the winter.
It’s inside the condo, over south ceiling of basement, well-heated, climate controlled and the safe has 2 drysticks plus 3 *large* cannisters of silica gel, so it’s plenty dry.
Safe is wired/motion-sensored to security co’s dispatch ctr on 30-sec delay, and on 45-sec delay to PD/FD.
