Kart.....speaking of prepping have you ever dehydrated frozen vegetables?....I see a sale in town and think I should be doing this...thx in advance..
That’s what I do. I throw them right into the dehydrator frozen. Then when dried I place them in 1 quart canning jars add a oxygen absorber and vacuum seal them with my food save.
