Over a third of Americans have a venereal disease, according to the CDC. At the present rate, those who have problems with their personal equipment will surpass those with jobs by the end of Obamas second term.
The CDC finding that 110,197,000 Americans have an STI (Sexually Transmitted Infection) was reported by CNS News. In 2008, the last year reported, 19.8 million Americans contracted STIs.
CDCs new estimates show that there are about 20 million new infections in the United States each year, costing the American healthcare system nearly $16 billion in direct medical costs alone, said a CDC fact sheet.

Hey, it’s an Obama World.
Next, more people on foodstamps, welfare, Medicaid, disability, etc. than with jobs.
IOW, free-stuff people vs. free-dom people.
I believe it. While Hussein has been busy killing jobs, apparently Bubba Klinton has been busy trying to kill us through other means.
The 110 million isn’t necessarily 110 million people. There are people with multiple STD’s as well as people getting an STD again after it was cured.
Also, this sex education is not working.
So no individual has more than one of those?
Anyone who sees a bright future with those kinds of statistics is delusional.
Agreed. You could have a kid with herpes for life and one or two more STDs for life.
Unfortunately, about a quarter of all young adults have HPV, so it is a big chunk of the population even if multiple infections make up the rest of this 110 million STIs.
I’m surprised that Mayor Bloomberg hasn’t enforced that.
Fairly to easy to guess Zero's voters would predominate..........
It’s definitely a serious problem, I’m just a statistics Nazi. I hate when they manipulate statistics for sensationalism.
Just another prominent, fully illuminated for maximum 24/7 exposure, billboard along the road we’re on...
Isn’t the feminist divorce/cohabitation paradigm great? Have fun. Enjoy the slide.
Geez, what a diseased voting block...........
I saw that figure the other day. It's one of those statistics that's just too juicy to be accurate. Which won't stop the media from repeating it till it becomes truth(y).

As if is normal to have an STD. As if we should ALL have one, or not discriminate against someone who does.
When I heard these stats, all I could think was, “After all these years of safe sex lectures, it’s hard to have greater proof of its failure.”
