You’re right. There are only a little over 300 million people total in the us. Figure about a fifty fifty split on gender, and a roughly linear age distribution from zero to sixty, with some smaller tail off to a few years older... Their numbers mean 100 percent infection rates or more in certain age groups.
It’s just a ploy for more tax money to go to STD research/condoms/abortions/etc.
